Measured Term Contracts

We are vastly experienced with SoR measurement on measured term contracts, having measured over £100 million of work on numerous contracts in Healthcare, Education, Telecoms, Transport, Retail, Banking, Social Housing, Defence, Local Authority and Central Government.

Our incredibly experienced team of surveyors and technicians work with local and national maintenance contractors on a daily basis, providing an accurate and reliable solution to SoR measurement.

We are highly experienced and fully conversant with all standard Schedules including NHF, NSR and PSA. We are also fully conversant with the software measuring systems regularly used by contractors. We can handle the measurement and valuation of high volumes of repair and maintenance tasks as well as preparing pre-measures, estimates and final accounts.

We can provide one-off support to deal with backlogs, holiday cover, sickness and staff shortages as well as providing a complete ‘contracted out’ measuring service. We are entirely flexible and can provide as much or as little input as required.
